When you received my last newsletter we were excited about Spring...well we are still awaiting all the flowers to bloom and the sun to shine it's warmth on our bodies. The weather has been interesting to say the least, wouldn't you say? As May is now upon us there is an anxiousness in the air and a desire to spring clean our homes, cars, streets, communities and get everything in tip top shape. Our health should be in this list and to get it in top form there are a few things we can do. Who's interested in a DETOX? We are hosting a big day here in Barrie at City Hall. There is a link below for more details. Flag Raising Ceremony will be at 11:30 am with Councillor Alex Nuttall and M.P.P. Rod Jackson. Our very own Town Crier Steve Travers will pronounce the day for all present. Speakers, Vendors and so much more.
