I visited this store today for help with my lethargic bearded dragon on the advice of the Huronia Emergency Veterinary Clinic (which was a very good hospital btw). The man I talked to was very helpful and he corrected me on several husbandry practices that I was doing wrong and warned me against wasting money on certain equipment that would not be necessary or might not work. My bearded dragon seems much happier now and I have hope that she will improve.

I purchased a Exo-Terra 26W reptile bulb from Reptile Wrangler and after approximately 2 weeks the bulb is no longer working. I called explained the situation and was told to call the manufacturer I hung up and tried to find a phone number but was unable to . I called back and asked if he stood behind his product the whole time asking for the manufacturers number which he did not give. I took the lords name in vain at this point to which he dropped an F Bomb on me and hung up. Last time I will set foot in this persons store. Pet Smart way better and will warranty goods when defective. I am sure glad the bulb was my one and only purchase from this foul mouthed individual.
