This is the worst place for service. Staff sitting around doing nothing. Store has 10 people inside showroom. And I asked about back splashes that I was having some trouble picking out some splashes. The associate said they are all over there. People this company doesn't deserve your hard earned money. Take your business elsewhere. Thanks Tile Master I will take my business somewhere else. 

was looking for tiles and stuff to redo my bathroom prices were good and the help was great, but when it came to getting the stuff l needed. l only got some stuff there and l was talking to the same guy l was talking to when l first want in to the store. Tony needs to learn to keep his attuide in check with the customer. Just because people don't buy everything there thats not a bad thing . lts called getting the best price out there. For this reason l will go some where else next time or to another Tilemaster not the one in Barrie. Thank u
