My wife's car was damaged in this shop because of incompetence.The shop refused to pay for the damage that was done. Stay away.

I towed my wifes car to this shop as it would not start on cold mornings, $560 dollars later it would not start the next morning. Another towing fee and repair $240, this all should have been diagnosed properly the first time. This is all pretty fishy stay away.

Took my friends car here to be certified. Dropped it off saturday and when we dropped it off the guy told us he would give us a free quote on what the car needs to be certified. We left the car with the guy expecting a phonecall the next day. After no phonecall by tuesday we went in to see him. He told us he was really busy he would look at it first thing wednesday and call us. After no call wednesday we went in thursday (today). He told me there is no such thing as a free quote and he wanted 80 dollars to look at the car. After a brief arguement he dropped the price to 40 dollars telling me nothing in this world is free. I dont understand because the certification was 49.99 and not sure why he was charging me because it was a FREE quote. He eventually gave me the keys and as i was walking out he said, " you owe me 40 dollars." Unfortunately i had to leave the car there for an hour or so until it could be towed. Im affraid that they have now done something to the vehicle since ive left it there. I would never recommend this shop to anyone even though everyone at my work recommends him. Plus he smokes in the shop! Abosultely disgusting customer service as your left standing at the counter while they sit in the office and chain smoke cigarettes. Take your car to a real shop and screw this harry guy he is a scammer!
