This company is exemplary! Kim arranged an appointment that fit MY schedule, although it was short notice. She guided the process for someone new to the rekeying world and was courteous, efficient and kind! Steve, the locksmith was such a professional who certainly knew his craft. He tried to get all five doors on one key! He explained the steps involved, kept me informed and finished quickly.

The lock in our sliding door to our sunroom was broken. As soon as I spoke with Kim, I knew we were in good hands. Steve arrived and, after making a few adjustments, had it repaired in minutes. He also checked the other sliding door to make sure it's lock was in good condition. Their customer service was excellent.
