Founded in 1988 South China Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd. (SCTR) is the first modernized large state-owned enterprise that specializes in manufacturing a complete series of Radial Tires.

SCTR has three manufacturing sites and they are located at Panyu, Chonghua and Huadu in Great Guangzhou area. There are more than five thousand (5,000) employees in the organization. The annual manufacturing capacity is 12 millions sets of tires (including1, 350,000 all-steel tires). SCTR is ranked No. 33 in the 75 leading organizations of the industry around the world.
