It was time to get winter tires for my VW Jetta, so I called around for advice and quotes. I was amazed that most tire shops suggested just one type of tire based on my tire size(advice not given), not to mention I was given a wide range of prices. At the end of my list of Barrie and area tire shops feeling frustrated and unsure of what I should get, I reached Jeremy at Revolution who asked me a few questions first, like...what kind of driving do you do?...what are your concerns about winter driving etc... He then recommended a tire that he thought was not only the perfect tire for my car/situation but was his personal winter tire favourite and explained why(advice given). I was a little scared to ask the quote on these tires as I thought they where going to be very expensive due to the hype. Not at all my friends! It was a pleasant surprise that the quote was the least expensive of all! I was very pleased and felt that these guys knew what they where talking about. When arriving the morning of my appointment we discovered that the "wheel nut key thingy"(yes I am a woman!) was missing and couldn't get the tires off. After 30 minutes helping me look for it and waiting for me to call my dealer they said...no problem, go to the dealer and let them help you and when your ready we will make sure we fit you in TODAY! I went back a couple hours later and they fit me right in with smiles on their faces! They even neatly bagged my summer tires and put them in my truck all nice and neat. Point to my story is that I had a fantastic experience dealing with the guys at Revolution Tire and will recommend them to everyone! Special thanks to Eric, Jeremy and the guy who put on my tires! We recently had some repair work completed on our Van. It was last minuite and Neil, Tammy and the technicians were very helpful in accommodating our needs. I have been affiliated with Automotive Industry for 25 years and value quality and communication. All Pro and Revolution Tire's Customer Service is considered top notch in my opinion.
