I dropped by BAS at 1:30p.m last week to get my classic car appraised for sale. When I arrived I was told that they only appraise cars prior to noon. From a customer relation and satisfaction this is a extremely bad practice. When I asked if an appraiser was in and able to appraise, I was told that yes, an appraiser was in the office, but not willing to take the time to appraise my vehicle. This is extremely poor customer service as they are a full time appraisal business that offers only a part time service. I woudl strongly recommend the BAS reconsider this policy from a customer satisfaction perspective.
