Barrie Executive limousine is not reliable or to be trusted with your important life events. We learned the hard way. We booked and were confirmed, they took deposit and then never showed up to take us to a family wedding yesterday that was out of town. they didn't answer our calls when we called them to find out what was going on when they were late 10 minutes late. They never even bothered to return our calls. Luckily we could drive ourselves and left after waiting half an hour for them to show up, but we almost missed the wedding. When we finally got through today the owner said that "the driver didn't come to work yesterday" they weren't even concerned about the position they put us in by not showing up or giving us any heads up about the situation. They didn't seem to think it was a problem nor were they apologetic. Terrible customer service.

I used Barrie Executive Transportation & Limousine's services for my wedding this past summer. Not only was the limousine in brand new, beautiful condition but the service was also superb. Excellent company with excellent staff.
