We are very happy with how our home inspection went. With being first time home buyers we didn't know what we should expect, but Bryson was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well. His report he sent us afterwards was very detailed and easy to follow. would highly recommend him to anyone who asked. Thanks again

I was very happy with Bryson's service. He was very thorough, communicative and helpful. The report is easy to follow. It includes a section on cost expectations for various upgrades that may be required or desired which was really helpful.

Bryson is very thorough and makes good reports that are easily read. He highlights things that are important to not and even outlines the significant of any issue he sees so that you can priorities each matter quickly. He uses good equipment and is reliable. I would defiantly use him or recommend him to anyone near the Midland - Orillia area.

Bryson was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in assisting us in our purchase of our first home. He pointed out things we had not noticed on our own and things that could potentially cause issues in the future so we could be properly prepared and informed. We received our report the next day, along with other materials to help in our transition into first time home ownership. Would highly recommend!

Bryson is very thorough and knowledgeable. He charged me exactly what he estimated and I received my full report with photos the next day. He explained the different hurdles I would face when bringing the building to code for rental, so that I would understand the brevity of my decision to buy the building. I was very happy with all involvement with Bryson. I also accidentally sent him an overpayment, which he corrected honestly and immediately. I highly recommend his services.

Bryson is a professional and intelligent person. He did a wonderful job on the home inspection. He was very quick to send us our copy of the home inspection report, which was easy to read and very well prepared. His prices were the best we found in the area. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspector.

Bryson was there before the appointment knowing there would be no one at the house and had prepared some major red flags that he noticed before we got there. Once there, Bryson went through the entire house and gave a very organized outline of the issues surrounding the property. Very reasonable pricing. Very friendly!
