I was initially pleased with the glass repair done on my cell phone and shared my good fortune of finding this business with friends and family... but when dirt started to appear under the glass that got quite bad by 3 months following, it became evident that it was not sealed properly. When I returned to the shop to get the problem corrected I was disappointed when the shop owner told me that he only offered a 30 day warranty.
The Business Owner Replied:
30 Day Warranty is better than most repair centres. We do over 400 Repairs per month and have 100's of happy Customers. If you brought phone back in during the 30 day warranty we would have did under warranty for you. however 6 months later is not covered under warranty. A lot of things can happen to a phone after this period of time. I'm sorry you feel this way, however that is our store rules. Good luck with any repairs or services that you get done at another repair centre in the future. Robert

Had my 2nd iphone 4s glass replaced Lighting fast service ( took out and replaced about a thousand Microscopic screws!!!) Reasonable price Would cheerfully go again the next time I beat the snot out Of a defensless phone
