Cedar Rails Farm features a fully renovated and restored 1830s brick farmhouse. This 4 bedroom home has a chef’s kitchen for those who love to cook, a large living room, formal dining room, breakfast nook, and 3 bathrooms. The restored house sits on 200 acres of beautiful farmland in the rolling hills of Oro Medonte township. The farm’s close proximity to Barrie, Orillia, Lake Simcoe, and winter skiing makes it the perfect solution for business professionals and families looking for temporary accommodations.
Built in 1830, the high ceilings, thick walls, and extra high windows fill the house with warmth and natural light.
Outfitted by a gourmet chef, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances. The breakfast nook is perfect for a farm fresh breakfast. Dinners can be served in the large, formal dining room, which comfortably seats eight.
There are 3 ample-sized double bedrooms on the second floor and on the first floor, one very large master with en-suite and walk-in closet. A private den with a third television and couch awaits as does a light-filled nook with desk and internet access.
The house has 3 full bathrooms, a downstairs family room, a double car garage (assessable from the basement), and a computer desk space on the second floor. The spacious main living room has a fireplace and satellite TV. High-quality linens, dinnerware, and flatware are all provided.

12 large modern horse stalls have automatic water bowls, heated floors, and smoke alarms. There are a separate wash and grooming stalls. Feed, Manure and Hay rooms all have outdoor access.
