"Normally when you write recommendation for someone it's just a case of adding a few nice words and complimenting them on what they do/did. When it comes to someone like Christine there simply isn't enough space on the page for all the positive things one could say. As a busy Real Estate agent you need good people on your team. Referring clients to a service provider isn't something I take lightly. With Christine I have never once been even slightly hesitant to send her a client. The care and attention my clients receive has always been way over that expected; I have had numerous positive feedbacks from satisfied clients who were delighted with the level of care and attention received, I don't think Christine even knows what second class service is. The true test of a recommendation though is, 'would you go there yourself'. I am delighted to say that not only have I gone there for my car and auto insurance, but also went back for disability, life and a complete insurance review. To say I was delighted with the outcome would be an understatement, this woman is a genius and knows her business cold. If you want unbiased honest ethical advice and don't want a hard sell then call Christine at the Cooperators, you will be delighted you did. If you are reading this and you own another insurance company my advice would be pay Christine double what's she's earning now because if you don't your clients are going to be her clients sooner than you think!”
The Business Owner Replied:

Dear Ian, You know most people have insurance because they 'have to' not because they 'want to' so for you to take the time to send a recommendation is really appreciated. I would hate to have our clients feel like they just 'pay and pray' that they have the coverage they need so it is great to hear that you have felt comfortable sending your clients our way not to mention being able to provide you with your personal insurance products. Thank you again for your kind words.
