I was insulted by the way the "owner" handled our table this evening. We had ordered some wings and someone at the table was not happy with the way their wings were tossed. They ordered the "Hot Dillio" flavour, which is wings tossed in hot sauce and then drizzled with dill sauce. Basically there wasn't enough dill sauce on the wings. The issue was brought to our server's attention and she basically said there was nothing she could do except bring a side of sauce. We asked if the wings could be tossed again and she flat out said no. She brought the side of sauce(it cost $0.25). At the end of the meal, after eating only 3 wings because she was so dissatisfied with the wings she ordered, my friend politely asked the server if there was anything she could do. Before she could answer, the owner had come over to our table and the 2 of them ganged up on my friend and basically told her that there was nothing they could do to make her experience any better. My friend was a return customer and simply had a bad experience and asked if there was anything they could do to make it any better. The OWNER told my friend that she had never seen her there before, we said "well, you will never see us here again". To which the OWNER basically said, "Good" or something to that effect muttered under her breath. She told us she was going to bring us our bill, which is code for get out of my restaurant.... great way to treat potential return customers. This women needs to learn to respect her customers if she wants to keep them.

Food was actually pretty good despite the fact that the particular item I ordered wasn't to my liking 100%, but regardless this review is certainly not about the food, its about the shockingly and absolutely revolting customer service my table received. So here is the story; My friend and I ordered wings, we both decided to try a new flavour out, we were being adventurous, turns out it was a bad choice, neither of us really enjoyed the flavour, but alas there was nothing we really could do about it. We came up with a partial solution (lets add more creamy dill to hide the underlying vinegary hot flavour) we asked our server if we could just have our wings tossed in more creamy dill, the response we received wasn't 100% clear, bottom line though it would cost extra to have more sauce either tossed or on the side, so we said sure if it would make our wings enjoyable...the sauce came on the side when really we wanted it tossed. It kinda helped, kinda didn't, so we were disappointed in the overall turn out of our meal, which was no one's fault really, just how the cookie crumbled. But when the owner came around asked how we were doing we showed our disappointment and explained that we didn't like the flavour of our wings, not really expecting to get anything in return other than maybe I'm sorry you didn't like it, but instead the owner basically flat out said thats just the way it comes, too bad so sad. Didn't seemed concerned with the fact that we were dissatisfied, made no attempt whatsoever to make our experience just a little bit better...nothing.....So we started to get a bad taste in our mouth about this owner, about the negative vibes we were getting from this person, and the entire table was beginning to disregard the fact that the food was originally the problem, but how badly we were being treated in general. We were feeling pretty worked up over the whole experience and voiced one more time how we felt about the situation and thats when the owner and the waitress gained up on us, told us there was nothing else they could do for us, that NO ONE ELSE IN THE RESTAURANT had any problems with their service or food, loudly enough so the entire room literally stopped talking and looked at us. We sat there in shock, we mentioned how we really didn't like where this whole evening had turned and how our friend recommended this restaurant and was just disappointed that this time had been so unfortunate, to which the owner said to my friend who has been there before, "I'm the owner and I've never seen you here before"....... To which we all said "well you will never see us again either" So we may have had a problem with the flavour of our wings, and we may have tried to fix the problem, but we certainly didn't ask to be humiliated in front of the entire restaurant. So basically the owner that had never seen my friend before who had brought twice the amount of business with her to the restaurant completely destroyed two new connections plus my friend's. I'm not a math genius or anything but between the three of us we have approximately 1000 contacts via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. How can a business owner justify losing that kind of potential business over a $15 meal?
