Had friends over & wanted to introduce them to Pie. Unfortunately, we could not get through to the Victoria St. location by phone. As in - tried 20 times, over a 15 minute period and got nothing but the voicemail telling you to call back. (This was Aug 2, starting at about 6:05 pm)

If you are going to run a takeout-only operation, then the phones need to be staffed, or you need to offer an online ordering option. Very disappointed with this (lack of) customer service.
