Nike shoe was descent but rough while going up the hill

November 15th, 2019 following my rheumatology appointment, and having severe foot problem we googled the closest store carrying the brand of shoes I was wearing. Footprops came up. We attended your store and were served by Brenda.... truly a patient person who went above and beyond trying to find me a pair of shoes that I could wear home and walk without pain. Brenda was able to fit me with pair of Biotime slippers and another pair of shoes for the office..... I can tell you these lovely heeless slippers are a truly a Godsend when you suffer with achilles issues..... I am so grateful. Sitting in the car all the way home to North Bay.... I had no pain and my feet were cosy and toasty. The slippers have not left my feet and I am wearing them at the office. I will be wanting another pair. Thank you so much Brenda.... you were my foot Angel..... I will be back as your service was top notch. Cheers.

I am a hard fit for orthotics. I have insertional tendonitis and huglands deformity.I found Tom doing a Google search and am so glad I did. He's now fit me with me 2 pair of orthotics, both of which allow me to continue working out and walking extended periods. Thanks Tom, you're making it possible for me to go away and not worry about suffering with pain.

This was my first time getting orthotics and Tom went above and beyond to make some temporary adjustments until He made my new orthotics. He also takes time to explain everything to you which is rare these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for foot care.

My husband and I had previously had orthotics from Pediatrists in Barrie that were made by someone else . OK but not great . Mr Scott does everything himself from making the molds to the final fitting . He can even make minor adjustments on the spot. We highly recommend Mr Scott and would not think of going anywhere else.
