Used to be a great company. Started going down hill during Covid. They are under new ownership and it's not even the same company. Was told $400 to install a hot tub and Cavana under old ownership. Then went to book and was told new ownership new rules and it's going to be $1000….cash lol. Cash? What legit company demands cash only for jobs? Ended up getting it done for $300 elsewhere. No personal touch, doesn't feel family owned, waited a week for a call back and no call, had to keep following up, prices are horrible. Sorry Georgian Hottins, you've lost your touch. You're no different then Jacuzzi now. Sad.

We have had a number of dealings with Georgian Hot Tubs relating to servicing of various problems with a tub we purchased from them about 4 years ago. Every time we call for a service tech, they are too busy or can't come out for one reason or another. The solution they offer is for us to try to fix the problems, or, to tell us that we probably screwed something up. I don't know why we didn't switch to another company sooner, but thankful that we did (wavemaker in Orillia - they are amazing!). The problem that Georgian told us to fix ourselves? Took a tech from Wavemaker almost 2 hours to fix & bonus for us, we didn't have to remove all the panels, the valves, etc, ourselves that Georgian told us would be very simple to do. Will never go back to Georgian again - work on your customer service, especially after they have dropped over $10k on a brand new tub from you.
