We are very pleased with our new windows! From start to finish we were impressed with the customer service. From the helpful advise from Eric Howison right through to John who measured the space and of course installers Cory, Mike and Rich. The work was done exactly as we were told.Everyone we had contact with was respectful and professional. The entire area was cleaned up better than when they arrived. Even vacuuming up the rugs on hands and knees! We had three windows replaced, one of which had to actually be created and cut through the wall. We are so happy with the new look. Thank-you so much all!! We can hardly wait to order the next group of window next year! Dennis W
