Lock your doors and under no circumstances let this man into your house. He is a Jack-of-all-trades but absolutely Master of None. We employed Mark to renovate the kitchen and two bathrooms of my Dad's house. He proceeded to systematically destroy everything he touched; from shower tiles fixed to the wall with "no more nails" that kept falling off, plumbing vents that looped back into drain lines and even taking out a load bearing wall causing multiple roof trusses to break. We finally had to hire another general contractor to fix everything he had destroyed and contine with the renovation, at great expense. There was also the unhappy "coincidence" of someone smashing the windows out of one of our cars that was parked in our driveway over night, a few days after we told him we were going to take him to court. Heed my warning and tell your friends & neighbours, stay far far away from Mark Major and his dodgy renovations! P.S: He gets a one star rating because the site won't let me rate any lower.
