Hi Welcome to my web page,
My name is Michele Hall and I have been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. I chose to work for Mortgage Intelligence / Donna Mullen after doing a lot of research of local brokers in the area. My beliefs were that my clients needed to be educated not sold on what is the best choice for their mortgage needs today and in the future. I believe it is not about placing their mortgage with the lender who would pay me the most in a finder’s fee but the lender that will best suit my clients needs today and in the future. Mortgage Intelligence & Donna Mullen have those same core values. That is why I am so happy where I am.
Prior to joining Mortgage Intelligence I worked for Royal Bank and CIBC. I also owned my own Mortgage Franchise. I received the president’s award from CIBC for outstanding sales in Canada. I have lent all over Canada and worked with many lenders over the years. I take pride in the reputation I have built for myself over the years. I have an accounting and financial back ground . It is an asset for me when I am working on mortgages for self employed clients. I can read and understand financial statements. I continue to learn and take courses to improve myself.
I love that my clients are not just my clients today but hopefully for life !!!
