The trunk release on my Subaru Legacy stopped working; and the ignition key did not open the trunk. I called several locksmiths in Barrie, and all said they do not do trunk lock problems. Miller's website listed trunk lock work, so I called. I met Mr. Miller in a motel parking lot off Highway 400 on a Friday afternoon, as I headed North. He tried to open the trunk with the ignition key, and then special inserts, but was unsuccessful. I asked what else could be done, and he said drill out the lock. He did that, and set up an easy to open method, reaching through the missing lock hole. Great service, reasonable price. Highly recommended.
