Mortgage Funding is located at 129 Dunlop Street East, Barrie, Ontario, L4M 1A6. We have been established at this address since 1965, serving the Southern Ontario area with information and the arrangement of First and Second Open Mortgages.

Mortgage Funding can help you with your Residential Mortgage needs, Renovation Costs, Construction of New Home, Debt Consolodiation and to pay off existing mortgages.

We are a member of the Registered Deposit Brokers Association (RDBA), in addition to being an agent for twenty-six major members of the Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC). We have all the daily rates on GIC’s, RRIF’s, RRSP’s & Debentures only a phone call away!

We will do the shopping for you, for the best possible rates to suit your particular needs, without going over the $100,000.00 deposit insurance limit, free without charge of fees. You may receive your interest payments monthly, semi-annually, or annually.

Mortgage Funding administers all new or maturing GIC’s, RRIF’s, RRSP’s. We telephone our clientele to discuss new investment opportunities to meet their needs. Mortgage Funding assures your best interests are our priority.
