I wish I could be as favourable as everyone else seems to have been with Murdoch Travel. Just got back from a trip (fights, hotels, cruise) arranged by them and we had a few issues while we were on our trip. Some hotels were not 4 star as we were told they would be. Some meals were not available although they were on the itinerary, I was not seated with my companion for one flight and a 3-hour train ride and a couple other minor things. I notified Murdoch Travel afterwards and the response I received was: as with any trip - a few bumps are to be expected. I don't go on a trip expecting issues, I expect it to be perfect - that's what's I'm paying for.
