Very unprofessional! I spent $300 to repair the screen on my phone and less than 24 hours later it had a crack in it due to improper repair and he refused to fix the screen. Not received my business or my recommendations in the future
The Business Owner Replied:
Dear Ashley Planting, As per our phone conversation. you told me that you crack the screen. there is no warranty for physical damage and liquid damage. we give a warranty for our work. we deal with corporates as well. i ask you to bring the phone to have a look. you refused it. any thing lifting and defective screens from supplier then no questions ask we replace it 100%. if screen damaged we can not help on that because my supplier doesn't replace parts. we can do free labor charges but parts cost us. sorry that what happened to your phone. physical damage no warranty.
