Levels over 70% RH can produce mold on herbs such as dill, oregano, rosemary and cannabis. By keeping humidity levels in check, the possibility of mold or over-drying is eliminated. When curing herbs & spices, staying within ideal temperature ranges is absolutely essential and the CureCork™ is completely programmable to help your herbs cure properly.
