Well where do I start with this review of this shady home operated business. I told him we were looking for a quote for a horizontal discharge 3.5 ton equivalent central AC system and just gas hook up on a new water heater. He pretended he knew about horizontal discharge AC units but it was obvious from our phone conversation he was clueless as I knew more than he did.

He quoted $7,500 to $8,000.00, $4,650 for the condenser, evaporator and the line set plus his labour. That is one hell of an hourly charge for a very basic install. He then said it included $700.00 in additional parts but refused to itemize anything. His quote was $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 over the two other estimates from reputable contractors for the same job.

If anybody is stupid enough to hire this joker after reading my review, make sure you do your due diligence and particularly get at least 3 quotes because that may be the only way to keep this guy honest.
