This is a horrible business and an even worse owner to deal with. Im on disability i broke my phone when I was hit by a car in a parking lot. I brought it in to have the glass replaced and it cost 250. I dont have that kind of money but I needed my phone. When I picked up the back glass was replace and broken. There where parts in my phone missing and it didn't work. 3 mths of fighting with them to help I got BBB involed and the owner still didn't help or even call to apologize. Just keep taking from the poor phone whiz. I strongly urge the community to avoid this business and please be kind dont rip off your neighbors. As for me I'm out an $800 dollar phone and $250 thanks again phone whiz you where so kind to take from a man that served his country and is injured now.
