I run a Private Practice where I passionately coach/consult individuals and families to help them survive and thrive as they face the challenges of life in the 21st Century.I am passionate about strengthening individuals and families through education and support. I have been successfully partnering with Parents in Simcoe County: to increase parenting capacity, to decrease child abuse and family violence, to strengthen families and build family resiliency, to promote positive parental involvement at school and at home.

I am an Accredited Triple P Practitioner
The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the most effective evidence-based parenting programs in the world, backed up by more than 30 years of ongoing research. Triple P gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them confidently manage their children’s/teen's behaviour, prevent problems from developing and build strong, healthy relationships. Triple P is currently used in 25 countries and has been shown to work across cultures, socio-economic groups and in all kinds of family structures.
