I have used Alison multiple times to cater my Area meetings. With groups as large as 30, Savoury Thymes has never disappointed. With prompt delivery times, FANTASTIC food, and 5 star service, it is a given I will go back to Alison for all my catering needs. Thanks again Alison!

It's a pleasure seeing Alison with Savoury Thymes at the Barrie Chrysler when in for my oil changes and service. She always has a smile when greeting her customers and always has something good cooking in the kitchen. Alison's food is always nicely made and always delicious. Keep up the good work and see you next time I'm at Barrie Chrysler for service. :) I recommend Alison with Savoury Thymes as a catering company to anyone I know.

Last Christmas I hired Alison to provide the majority of the food for our traditional Christmas family meal of 20 people. It was, by far, the BEST decision I could have made as the food was exceptional and I was able to be in the moment with my family as opposed to hustling through the kitchen preparing and decorating my dishes. Thank you Alison and Savoury Times for the heart and love you put into your food preparation.... I am PRE- booking you for next Christmas!!

Alison knows how to please the client! Whether it is a gourmet picnic basket for a romantic lakeside lunch or appetizers and a full hot dinner, Alison listens to her clients and knows how to cater to their taste buds. Thank you Savoury Thymes for making all my catered meals a 'sweet success'.

If you need a caterer for any event you are holding Savoury Thymes is your place. Ally is always accommodating and such a delight to order from. We have used Savoury Thymes for numerous events now and are always happy with the food and service. I would highly recommend Savoury Thymes to either cater for you, or for you to stop in her cafe and be treated to some delicious home cooked food.

I belong to a professional group that meets every month. We take it in turns to chair the meetings and arrange the lunch. I have been using Savoury Thymes for years as my caterer of choice and every time the group is stunned at the presentation, real plates, a soup warmer and a fabulous choice of times for the meal. Ali covers all the bases when she presents the meals, as we have people with dietary issues, some very hungry and others that can't stop eating her amazing desserts. The staff at the office where we meet line up for any left overs of sandwiches and salad. Her soups are also a favourite but there is seldom any left overs of that! Ali has outdone all the other caterers and so many of my colleagues have thrown in the towel and picked Savoury Thymes as their caterer of choice so we get Savoury Thymes food more often! Plus Ali is a great lady who jumps through hoops to please her clients ... a rare thing these days!

We decided to have our staff Christmas lunch catered by Alison earlier this week. Everything was fantastic, the smell of the lasagna lofting through the office was mouth watering!! The fact that everything is homemade is top notch! Thank you so much for making our staff Christmas lunch so memorable, you will hear from us in the future for sure :)

Savoury Thymes catered an event we had up in Barrie. Alison was extremely helpful in meeting some dietary restrictions we had, as well as customizing the menu exactly how we wanted it. The food was delicious, not to mention generous portion sizes. We had a great experience and highly recommend the food and services!

While all the big franchised coffee shops in town offer their (assembly line) style of service, I certainly appreciate Ali's far more personal approach. Everything her cafe serves is fresh and modified to your liking. Ali sets a perfect example of how someone can turn a common service into something special. I would recommend Savoury Thymes to anyone that appeciates consistent quality.

We were quite impressed with Savoury Thymes for their quality of food, timeliness and quality of service. They were recommended to us for our offsite meeting which drew representation from various stakeholders from across the province in the area of Public Saftey. The feedback was positive and we would be happy to recommend Alison at anytime.

What wonderful surprise! Met Ali on Daytime Simcoe and learned about Savoury Thymes aka The Pit Stop. Imagine a delicious cafe right in a car dealership? This is a great partnership. Gets more people in the dealership and offers a nutritious spot for customers waiting for their cars. Today's special was sweet potato soup with homemade biscuit. Also had a decadent brownie! Yum, I'll be back!

Not only does the food taste incredible but the lady that runs it is just the most amazing kind hearted woman I have ever met. I work for Barrie Chrysler and I buy from Ali on a regular basis, she always caters to my allergy, I have a gluten allergy and she always comes up with something to help me out. I look forward to seeing her every day and i always see her interract with every single customer as if they were her own family. I believe Ali would give the shirt off her back for anyone in need. If your looking for a good time, amazing food, and just a place to kick back and relax come to Barrie Chryslers Pit stop and meet Ali and have some of her amazing food.

Since Savoury Thymes has moved to their new location in the NEW Barrie Chrysler dealership at 395 Dunlop Street West - I have been enjoying Alison's creations daily! The food is amazing! The service is exceptional! And the quality is second to none! She is the real deal and I'm so happy that Savoury Thymes has relocated from Ross Street to Dunlop Street. Keep up the amazing work!

We had Alison cater our Open House last week and the food she prepared was delicious. We had her make grilled veggie wraps along with veggie and fruit trays. People were raving about how good they were - all forty were gobbled up within the hour!!! Alison prepares all her food FRESH, delivers it on time and goes beyond expectations. I wanted to take a minute and thank Ali and everyone at Savoury Thymes for all her help and the fantastic food she provided for my product launch party. She was so helpful to me in planning as I'm new to these type of events but more importantly the food was wonderful and presented beautifully. this includes the incredible custom cupcakes from Sweet B's. I definitely know who I'll be calling for my next event and recommend to anyone looking for exceptional catering.

I could never have been more pleased with the romantic picnic dinner Ali prepared for my husband and I. A wonderful savory meal for two, decadent chocolate truffles and champagne, all packed neatly in a wicker basket. Thank you for making our anniversary so magical:)

Once again your cafe has completely blown us away with your remarkable dishes. Ali, you are so passionate about your business and it comes out in your presentation, attention to detail and delicious food! I am always so impressed by what you come up with. Savoury Thymes catered my mother's funeral and did a fabulous job. Not only was the food wonderful but the added little touches to make my mother's farewell special was amazing. The owner went above and beyond to help me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. It is hard in this busy world to find a service provided who does what they say they are going doing; however, the owner did far more than was even expected. Thank you for caring about your clients.

We just had a baby shower at Savoury Thymes. The food was great and the location was wonderful. Everyone loved the fact that it was not just in someone's house for a change. I loved it because there was no clean-up. The food were fresh ingredients and Ali and her chef Steve were great. Hands down best baby shower ever!!! I have been there for lunch and I never take lunches..gotta change that....the food is great and reasonable.

Savory Times has again exceeded in providing the most incredible luncheon for our yearly Inventory lunch. Cannot say enough about the food and services, and most importantly the accuracy and the timing is amazing. The bonus of booking in advance certainly help alot in allowing Ali @ Savory Times (with one foot) in preparing and excuting the perfect luncheon.....Thank you Ali

There is always "something cooking" at Savoury Thymes! If you are looking for fresh, homemade food then you have come to the right place. The soups are always a favourite, especially in the winter, and of course there are always plenty of other things to choose from....sandwiches, wraps, paninis, mini pizzas, meat pies, pasta dishes etc. Kudos to Ali and her staff for doing what they do on a daily basis...creating and serving great tasting food while treating every customer like a friend!

I hold the charity seat at the Tuesday mornings BNI chapter. Ali, the owner of Savoury Thymes, hosts our meetings. She is such a delightful person you will every meet. She is dedicated to her clients and her knowledge of food. She not only goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied but she truly looks after their needs. I would strongly recommend you try her special lunches. I recently had a cake that her associate Sandra (Bella Dessert Boutique) created. It was presented so professionally and creative. The cake was moist and dreamy. Please check Savoury Thymes out... You will not be disappointed.

Our BNI business group has been enjoying Ali’s delicious breakfast selections for many months now. Ali always make certain we have a variety of items to choose from including fresh fruit, biscuits, muffins and traditional bacon and eggs. And every once in a while she will surprise us with a special treat that you would think is really a dessert. I highly recommend Savoury Thymes Cafe. Ali is dedicated to keeping her customer happy and coming back for more!

Ali has been catering to our clinic for over a year. She goes above and beyond with her creative dishes! Absolutely amazing. Often have to call on her to serve a party of 10 last minute, and Ali comes through time and time again. Have become a lunchtime frequent flyer at Savoury Thymes...it never fails satisfy, always fresh, homemade. Soup, salad, quiche, chili, wraps...it's all good. Service is always friendly and as efficient as I need it to be if I'm headed back to work. Go early if you want to enjoy the lunch specials...they seem to disappear quickly.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ali and Savoury Thymes. This is the second year in a row that I have used her at our yearly association's education dinner and the food was again scrumptious and delicious. The portions were huge which everyone loved because there was no need for seconds, but she made sure there was enough if anyone wanted seconds. The flavours of the fresh ingredients that she always uses were faboulous. While preparing these events Ali was very helpful in helping me decide what to order. She gave me different options and stayed within the price range that I budgeted for. She also offered to make extra vegetarian and gluten free options for guests who may wish for this. She is always very accomodating and she has a very kind and pleasant disposition. She and her staff are the tops from start to finish!

Savoury Thymes Cafe & Catering has incredibly delicious food at very affordable prices from her delectable soups to her savoury wraps. Everything is made fresh and I have yet to eat something I didn't like. Ali is superb! Her service, her friendliness and her understanding of great food is what makes Savoury Thymes so special and unique. I just booked her for my daughter's confirmation party and can't wait to see the menu she plans!! Ali is not only gifted in her skills with food, she is truly inspired. Be prepared for an experience you will not soon forget. Flavor combinations and generous portions leave you with a feeling of satisfied contentment not unlike your mother's home cooking minus the 'you never call' speech. Alison recently catered our wedding and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She accommodated our requests and provided lots of helpful suggestions on how to make our special day run easier. Her food is absolutely delicious and size portions are never skimpy. Our wedding party and parents were very impressed and they definately did not leave hungry. Her staff also served the bar, headed by her husband. They are quite the team and their enthusiasm for food and great service make them a delight to work with.

Ali is fabulous, her luncheons are amazing, perfect for every business lunch. wraps are stuffed with fresh, quality products, my favorite is the egg salad, I have yet to figure out the secret ingredient. She is reliable, ontime, on budget and always delivers with a smile on her face. Visit her website or call her for a quote for your next function, you will not be disappointed. I have had the pleasure of knowing Ali as a professional and a friend, and she is one of the most giving and passionate people I know. She creates exciting meals for every occasion using fresh, quality ingredients which results in delicious tasting comfort foods. Love Savoury they catered my Wedding and my 5th year wedding anniversay they were amazing...they made my days so special! Can't wait for my 10 year Wedding Anniversay or maybe one of children will get married they will always be part of any special occasions my family celebrates! Jackie

This cafe is fantastic. I've been enjoying the catering fare for over 2 years and more recently at the cafe as well since they have opened. Savoury Thymes currenty caters our monthly corporate meetings in house. Everything thing is prepared fresh and delivered hot. We also have a partner with certain dietary needs that they always accomadate, no problem. The hostess Ali is one of a kind, she makes you feel welcome and warm as soon as you enter the cafe. Don't just take my word for it, go have lunch and you will see. We are so happy to have Ali and her crew looking after our company meetings and would highly recommed her catering.

I have had the pleasure of eating at Savoury Thymes Cafe on many occasions. The food is always fresh and tasty. The service is superior and when I walk into the cafe it has a very welcoming feel to it. I love the cafe so much that I suggested that my sister have her wedding there. Well she did and it was perfect! The food was awesome the service outstanding and Ali decorated the cafe so elegantly for the wedding. I would not hesitate to hold any function there and I am now a regular customer. You really can tell the level of care Ali and her staff put into this business.

Last summer we celebrated my daughters engagement party at our cottage. We were very fortunate and blessed to have met Ali and her staff. It was a perfect day weather wise and Ali added to the perfection with her delicious food and excellent service. I didn't have to think about anything she and her delightful staff took care of the entire event for us and all our guest raved about the food and service. Thank you so very much we look forward to having you again in the near future.

We had the pleasure of hosting the dinner for our wedding at Savoury Thymes Cafe. Ali, Steve and her staff where phenomenal! The food was fresh, tasty and the presentation was beautiful. We frequently order our lunches from Savoury Thymes because their food is wonderful! We love the freshness of the food. The Deli wrap is my personal favourite, but all their wraps, salads, soups, and other creations are excellent. We highly recommend their food and their services!

Alison"s love of fresh ingredients with wonderful spicing is an invitation to come back for more. Excellent food,selections and service are what one finds at this friendly, cheerful cafe. I am a frequent customer because of the delicious food & fabulous staff! Everything I have tried so far is great. Homemade soups, muffins desserts really appeal & smell so good. Tuesday night dinners at 5p.m. have been a great success. Just be sure to book in advance. You'll love it!

The smell is the first thing that greets you at the door, but the taste is what you remember the most. It is so nice to have real food that is homemade!!! I've been lucky enough taste quite a few things on the menu, but my favourite for the winter has to be the soups. They are out of this world. :) Keep up the amazing work.
