cuts lawns that are already short or drought ridden?? hires young kids while he sits in the truck?? slave labour I have encountered..across the street? seriously ?
The Business Owner Replied:

Hello Robert, Reply to your post, first a lot of my clients want their lawns cut short, any time a client does not want a lawn cut all they have to do is call me and I won't cut their grass as some of my clients have asked not to cut this time. Next week cut it and we have no problem with there request, cheerfully I say, No Problem, have a great day. And as for young persons, I do hire from the Collage and this lets them earn some money for Collage or University Education. I do know at our age, its seems as these students look younger than they are. One girl I had working for me and she went to N.S. collage for the Arts, Another one is moving to Alberta with his Uncle to take up farming. Had another Lad, and he left to go to Collage in the U.S.A. and he is on a scholarship and is playing hockey and studying to be a Doctor. I have had many students working for me that has gone onto exciting learning studies and careers all over Canada and Internationally. And as for sitting in the truck, I'm doing some paper work and calling clients. I also just had an operation - 3 Kidney Stones sizes 12, 07, 05 and I'm not as young as I once was. And the students are extremely help full and they don't mind cutting some of the smaller lawns with the Direct Drive Lawn Mower, Self Propelled Lawn Mower, they call it "EZ" Go Mower, because all they have to do.... Is walk behind it, it goes by it self. They love the job, gets them outside and learning Gardening and Lawn Care and when they do a job, they do it with pride and do the job to the best of their ability and have fun, as for the larger lawns I cut the bigger lawns with the Standard Cub Cadet Machine and they Trim and use the Blower to clean of grass clippings. Also they do get paid a good salary, and they say I'm a great boss who cares and makes the job fun and I do buy them lunch and pop regularly. So next time when we come to my client across the street of your place, Instead of just peering from your front window, Please, Robert, come over and we can talk about your concerns, this way your not just looking across the street and letting your mind wonder, but I do thank you for your concern and do hope you take up my offer and I can buy you a cup of coffee and we can just talk. Regards, Michael - Simcoe Huronia Home Services.
