Brutal. We spent thousands of dollars there in a span of a week outfitting for a back country camping trip. One item we bought was a mosquito shelter which we used but did not work very well (cost was about $125). It was a bit dirty but could have been cleaned. We asked if we could return it for store credit. The sales staff went to ask the manager who didnt even bother to come out to look at the item or talk to us, he just flatly refused. We will never shop there again. Will go to MEC or Sportchek. Cant beat MECs return policy.
