It was so easy. Dropped it off then picked it up when they promised.

My fiancé bought me a gift certificate for car detailing for my birthday, I was super excited. Upon purchase he asked for the most expensive package explaining that we had a dog and wanted an excellent job done both inside and out. When I booked my appointment I was told that it would take 11/2-2 days. I picked up my car today and was very disappointed. I addressed this immediately to Mark and explained there was still quite a bit of hair in the car. He assured me that he spent 6 hours on my car and he used his commercial vacuum. He also told me that most detailing packages go from $500-$600. My package cost $250 which I thought was expensive. As I got into my car I noticed the console had not been wiped down and still had something sticky on it. The drivers window as well as the windshield had streaks. Looking at the outside of the vehicle I saw soap marks here and there. Part of the package included a full waxing, no way this happened. When you address an issue most companies will do anything to make things right for the customer. I am very disappointed in the detailing to my car as well as the customer service. As far as car detailing goes, I would not recommend this company.

Allan came to our home on a freezing Saturday morning before he started work to put on a protective cover over the open windshield.
