I am a very shy person and have problems going to a salon. Right from the first, Jody, Suzette and the rest of the team made me feel at ease. Debbie even did a quick straightening for me before opening hours as I had a business meeting to attend and wanted to look my best. All of Suzettes team are welcoming, friendly and professional. As my job as a mover I have recommended Suzette's to many families that I have moved into the area.

I usually go to first choice because I am cheap when when I went there last, the woman was snarky and said there were people ahead of me, so they couldn't cut my hair. So I drove into Alcona and came across this little gem. Although their door said they closed at 5 and it was now after six, they welcomed me into the shop. Helped me decide on how to cut my hair (from long to short) and even sent in my hair for donation! Two of the sweetest ladies helped me and even stayed late to finish and did a great job! Oh and not that much more than first choice but way better customer service! I finally have a real hair salon to get my hair cut!!
