Welcome to Barrie’s most charming dog daycare! The Hound Lounge has a home like feel, is exceptionally clean & professional. 

We pride ourselves on our warm, friendly, home-like environment. A cozy fireplace and friendly staff will greet you as you enter our reception. You will soon discover that the best is what happens beyond the reception area. It’s our playrooms!

Daycare packages are designed to fit your needs. Bring your dog for the whole day or just a few hours, whatever fits your schedule. Our dog daycare rates allow you to control your budget, rather than us dictating what is a full or half day. Everyone pays just for the time they use. You choose the day, amount of time and make a reservation. Reservations are required. All dogs must be pre-screened prior to their first visit.

Our handlers are fully trained leaders of the pack who specialize in keeping the play fun and safe. We have a fully fenced outdoor area for fresh air play and potty breaks, as well as quiet rooms for anyone wanting a bit of space to wind down. Seniors and puppies love these areas.
