Horrible experience with this business. I was just about to launch the first products for my dog business. Georgia agreed to sew 100 dog collars 2 weeks ago. I went to pick them up today and the better sewn collars were at the top of the bag and we checked and paid already. When I got home and checked the rest it was a different story. None of the collars can be saved and a complete loss of my investment in the materials. The collars were not sewn on the adjuster and that is dangerous because a dog could potentially break the collar, the logos were crooked and not centered, some were missing logos, some of the logos were sewn over the edge of the collar, and some were even upside down. The stitch lines were not followed on the logo and were all over the place.The threads were lose and sticking out of the webbing on the collars. I was misled by Georgia saying that she was a professional and I could count on her to complete this work for the price we agreed to. This was nothing close to a professional job. I will be contacting for a full refund on this service.

**UPDATE* I met with Georgia today at The Sewing House and I showed her the collars in person and we went through each one to see if they could be fixed. They were unable to be fixed and she gave me a full refund for the issue which was for the amount paid for the sewing. Thank you for that. I am glad that we were able to resolve this

Beware brides and anyone with a upcoming formal ocassion!! Worst possible place to go - I took 2 formal dresses in to be altered 4 weeks before they were needed, and had a dress fitting for 2 weeks later. 45 min before my dress fitting appointment, I received a msg from the Sewing House stating that she was too busy with Prom and didn't have my dresses ready, and she would call me to book a further appointment. After she did not answer my phone calls for over 2 hrs, I called from another phone number and made an appointment - when my dresses were guaranteed to be ready - for 2 days before my event. When I arrived, one dress was still being sewed. There was a group of 6 in the fitting room, being fitted for various outfits. I had to pay for the dresses and leave without a fitting. When I arrived home, the dresses were incomplete - I had paid for a side zipper, a neck strap alteration, as well as corsets put in both dresses. Now it's 2 days before I need them, and I'm hoping to find an actual, honest professional place to finish what was started and never completed.

**When I called back to talk to the owner, I was told "you're overreacting, lady"

I would suggest you not make false claims and post reviews in accurately. You are crossing the line to slander and don't forget you swore at me and started freaking out . I offered a fitting and you didn't want it I offered to do the small touches that we're needed and you again refused . So what do you want . Find something better to do with you time . Than to attack people trying to make a living

I was in a pinch to get a bridesmaid dress altered. I contacted Georgia and she fit me in right away. The dress needed a lot of work to fit properly. Georgia completed it in my timeline and charged very reasonable rates. I would have paid more as my dress fits perfectly. Thank you Georgia !

Oh my Goodness, this lady is a miracle worker! I took my dress to a local "Stich It" and they just massacred it. Thank you Georgia for the wonderful job you did fixing the mess. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
