Trisha started out as a swimming instructor and lifeguard, and after 12 years of wet hair and webbed toes, decided to get out of the water and dry off!

Since then, she has been training first aid locally for individuals and corporations under the 1^st in First Aid/ First in Safety Training banner.

Delivering quality, educational and enjoyable First aid, CPR and Babysitting courses are her specialty.  Trisha’s favourite quip is “first aid is a ‘do with’ not a ‘do to’ course”.  Be prepared for a full day or two days of information: theoretical and practical.  Don’t be surprised if you have a little fun along the way!
