Just wanted to express my thanks to Steve and his team for the great service they provided. As a cottage owner on Lake Muskoka, I’ve come to realize how important it is to have a top notch plumber available. Just before Christmas it seemed that all at once everything went wrong with my plumbing.
Harris Plumbing did a great job putting my system back in great working order. They sent Adam out who restored our water system. He ensured that repairs were done right and done to last. He did not shy away from any challenges including having to go waste high into Lake Muskoka in December.

It has been by great fortune and luck that I came across the services of Harris Plumbing. It was a late December night in 2011 that our septic was backing up and plunging was of no use. I scrambled for the yellow pages for plumbing services. When I phoned, the person on the line was courteous and said they would have a professional plumber out promptly. Within two hours, two young gentlemen came and assessed the situation. Tree roots had tangled in our drain. This was assessed by Jef who took photos to show us the problem. They were polite and courteous and worked late into the night and if any questions needed to be answered, Jef would stop what he was doing and answer them to our satisfaction.
Since that evening, whenever I have needed plumbing done in the house I have called upon Harris Plumbing. They always explain what needs to be done in a plain and simple manner without making one feel ignorant.
All my dealings with Harris Plumbing, right from Paddy, also a dear and kind person who answers the phone to Jef, one of most capable young gentleman, has been exceptional and I can’t thank them enough. Love you all.

Just wanted to let you know that the crew that installed the pump at our cottage, did a great job, in spite of the cold and wet. Rob impressed me when he came the day prior to the day the work was to be done, to get a handle on what the situation called for, and to just plan ahead. He was very thorough. Hello Paddy. I just wanted to tell you that your guy, Adam, who looked after the problem at our rental unit did an amazing job of cleaning up and taking care of the problem. Our tenant who just had surgery and is in a wheelchair was greatly relieved and very impressed with the job he did and I just wanted to pass on the info.

I want to express my gratitude towards the service of Harris Plumbing. These guys are very professional and take pride on the work that they do. I had Jef install a Navien tankless water heater for my home and was very pleased on the workmanship of the installation. He was very thorough and Jef’s main concern was to make sure the job was done right. Since then I had a brand new sump pump installed and a few minor issues taken care of. They are a very courteous group of employees and I definitely made the right decision contacting them to do the work in my home. In my honest opinion Harris Plumbing is the way to go for any of your plumbing needs.

I want to say how pleased we were with the excellent service we received from Jef at Harris Plumbing once again. Late last night our sump pump broke down, was flooding out our laundry room and making a huge mess. We called Steve Harris and he sent Jef over very quickly to help. Jef did such a great job of fixing the problem and cleaning up the mess. He explained what he was doing all during his work. We really appreciated this as it helped us understand what was going on. I have just had a service call to have my drain cleared. I have to tell you that Mike Parker, your technician cleared my drain quickly and cleanly. He was knowledgeable and well mannered. He cleaned up afterwards after ensuring that the drain worked as it should.

I came home from work this morning and had no water pressure. My water pump was repaired about 2 years ago by another plumbing company but as I was not happy with their work I did not want to call them. I called Harris Plumbing because of their yellow pages ad and from the start was very impressed with their excellent customer service. Paddy in the office and my plumber Jef were extremely courteous, prompt and professional. Their old-fashioned customer service was everything their ad said. They are now my plumbing company and I certainly recommend them highly!

We recently embarked on a pretty big renovation in our basement that included a complete bathroom and laundry room rough-in.
